Receiving a gifted tree is much more than getting a code or a link. It means receiving a piece of forest growing in Brazil in your name and helping make the world better for future generations.

Important: this is a gift, not a charge
When you redeem the tree you received, you do not take on any payment obligation. Planting and care have already been covered by the person who gifted it.
After 12 months from the original subscription, renewing the tree follow-up becomes the responsibility of the gift recipient.
How to redeem your tree:
1. Find your code or link
It may be on a card, in an email, or in a message sent by the person who gifted it to you.
2. Open the redeem page
In the indicated field, enter the code you received or click the redeem link.
3. Create your account
If this is your first time using TreeMatters, you can create an account in just a few minutes. If you already have one, just sign in.
4. Connect to your tree
After redemption, your tree will appear in your dashboard with its location in Brazil, growth updates, estimated CO2 captured, and your digital ownership certificate.
